What are non-obvious ways you've improved your life that other people should do but haven't even thought of?
For me, I'd say:
1. Spending as much time as possible outside. Screw the sunscreen, too.
2. I'm giving peptide injections a try starting this week.
3. Carnivore diet and anti-inflammation eating, overall (other than our road trip!)
4. I've been drinking a bit of water every night with 1/2 t. baking soda and 1/2 t. glycine. My sleep has improved.

I'm up to 3 lines of coke, 2 packs of marlboro reds, and a bottle of vodka daily. Sometimes it's a challenge but I push through.

Haha. Let's see - non obvious ways of improvement that others can benefit from....
Some of these are more obvious:
Did Whole30 15 years ago or so. Never looked back. I don't eat bread or fried food. Haven't a a soda of any kind since. Dropped 30 lbs and have kept it off with exercise.
I take quite a few supplements daily. No meds and I mean nada.
Eat alot of fermented/pickled food and greens.
Dose of ivermectin in water periodically.
Make my own bone broth, and drink it like coffee.
Have gotten better at connecting with and loving on extended family, old coworkers, and friends.
Passing it on and created investment accounts for GK's!
Finding 1 person a day to help and provide assistance.
Daily shot of APV with lemon, cayenne, tumeric, and cinnamon.
I have alot of work to do on improvement, letting go(very difficult), showing mercy, more time with the Good Lord. And going heavy on lifting.
But on LA....it's more like you can take the boy out of TX, but you can't take TX out of the boy. But LA had alot of influence for sure. I met quite a few lifelong friends there.

OK what are peptide injections EmmyLou ? 100% agree with being outside daily. It does make you feel better! @paine, dh and I both take Ivermectin every few months, usually in OJ or grape juice to kill the taste. My breathing is so much better when I do this,I can take the deepest breaths and I just feel so much better. Need to look up what Whole 30 is. Just am not giving up bread or sugar though. Not gonna happen, I am a happier person when I have bread, and candy or chocolate or ice cream. Did start using honey in my tea, but I use straight up regular normal people sugar in my coffee and that isn't changing. Totally gave up sugar and coffee both for Lent one year and I may have been borderline homicidal most days. Didn't lose weight during that whole time either. However, I gave up all fake sugars last summer, and I am down 20 pounds. By using real sugar! I think my body needs sugar and bread and I just have to go along with that.

It’s similar in structure to a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). It’s commonly utilized to optimize growth hormone levels in adults, while offering a variable IGF-1 increase. Sermorelin works to improve hormonal balance and enhance energy, burn fat, increase lean muscle, improve sleep quality, enhance memory, sex drive and more, by stimulating the production and release of hormones by the pituitary. Glycine is an amino acid that can also act as a neurotransmitter. Research has shown that it can also help to stimulate the pituitary gland to secrete growth hormone without increasing prolactin levels. When these two are coupled together, synergistically you maximize their effectiveness. Recommended Dosing: Inject 0.2mL subcutaneously, administered 5 of 7 nights a week. For increased efficacy, administer at least 90 post last caloric intake. I'm going to start the injections this week. You do the injections five times a week and for $295 you get a two month supply. I had an appointment with him a couple weeks ago, he explained how this works, the pros and cons, and I'm just going to give it a try. Get back to eating mostly carnivore and hopefully between the two, I'll be feeling great in a couple of weeks. He said that I should see an improvement in sleep in just a matter of three or four days. After three or four months of this if I am seeing continued improvement I can drop my injections down to fewer and fewer each week. Dr. Huberman did a podcast episode about these a few weeks ago.

Oh that is really interesting.
Been changing my diet to more protein based, not on purpose but mostly because that is what I have been craving. You do feel better when eating more protein. I need to look into the carnivore diet more, watched a YouTube on this, and the benefits look to be pretty amazing.

I use olive oil and ACV daily, just not sure I drink Kombucha. If it taste like it smells I can't do it. I think you are thinking of Kimchi. The Korean fermented cabbage that you stick in a jar in a hole in the backyard and eat a few months later that smells like ass. Kombucha is a fermented black tea infused with many different herbs and fruits and vegetables. Many say it cures cancer. Been around since the dawn of man. It changed my body for the better. I drink it daily. First watch this video. I thought he was insane then watch this and this (your kids watch Ko) And this is a free book on audible and maybe kindle still www.audible.com/pd/Kombucha-Curious-Audiobook/B0CKRX7ZKL?source_code=ASSORAP0511160006&share_location=pdp

Hell no to the Kimchi. There are a lot of things in this world we can enjoy that is actually enjoyable. miso soup, or sock soup as I call it and kimchi are not those things.
